I looked it up, seems like they have no immediate plans to make a sequel and now that Microsoft is involved with Obsidian, it's unlikely. The game is popular, but it didn't make much money. Daddy MS is going to have Obsidian focus on IPs that turn the most profits.

Hopefully this is proven wrong, but I'd not bet on it.
