Some do, like banana or blueberries. But I generally don't mix them, I'll eat the cottage cheese (for protein) and then I'll have the fruit.

I do like throwing in some walnut pieces in the cottage cheese, that goes well. imo.

It's known here as Blood Sausage.

Grilled tomatoes are great if you start with good tomatoes and grill them just right, blackened on the outside, juicy inside.

I guess its cus it's by itself. I can see tomatoes as a dip for something else, not as a single dish. Maybe with crackers or tostitos.

It can really go with sweet or savoury but I usually have it with a savoury dish

I like making healthy quiche with it
mixing it with 5 eggs, ham, spring onions and baking it in the oven until cooked

Sometimes I’ll sprinkle a little grated cheese on top just before it’s finished
