Yeah. I saw a video of a guy going to where he was last pinged at and the barrier by the river is barely even waist height and he was 6’6

Also another guy, a homeless guy, fell, the exact same thing, but luckily stopped before the river and they rescued him whilst looking for Riley

It seems very probable sadly
