She once stopped taking the pill to trap the guy she was sleeping with because he wouldn’t make her his gf (even tho they did everything like a couple) and she knew he never wanted kids

She did get pregnant but lost the baby early on

And a week after he text her saying he was glad it died cause he never wanted kids and she would have been a terrible mother anyway, she went round and slept with him again

Yeah doesn’t look healthy but I think she is one of these people that when she’s working hard, like travelling, promoting etc she tends to lose weight easily cause of not eating enough with a busy schedule
