I need to do this . Especially since I don’t want to eat red meat 🥩

I got an iron infusion a few months ago. Without insurance it would have cost $4100 . Yay! America 🇺🇸

I still had to pay $700, because that’s what my insurance didn’t cover

Have some peppered medium rare sirloin steak with potatoes. Walshy can have the same and don't forget the salad.

Oh we have mango to cut into cubes and frozen, you can buy bags of it for like smoothies n stuff

And spinach is frozen in like a clump also in a bag

The mango is pre cut, peeled and frozen

I'd recommend fresh fruit and veg, probably high protein dairy like greek yoghurt.

yea it’s sad there are people who can’t afford insurance can’t get the care they need

Even Obamacare/ Medicare/ Medicaid are still good but really only covers the basics. An iron infusion is definitely not a basic. Either is a mammogram. Found that out the hard way when I was on Affordable Care Act
