For 7 or Vista? Because I've D/L'ed the Win7 Release Candidate, and I've seen no kinks or errors whatsoever. Vista's pretty good now, I really find you only get problems if you screw around with it.

I've never had issues with Vista.

Just don't download torrents or any suspect software, get all the Windows Updates, and make sure you've got both service packs. Truly, I haven't had any major issues. Of course, I've got a fairly high-end laptop, so lag and such isn't a problem...
