One of my friends had a cat that would meow and meow and meeeeow in horrible pain, and he had no idea what was wrong with this cat. He did notice after a couple days that the cat had not defecated in it's litterbox at all. So while petting his cat, he noticed something sticking out of it's butt. It was something red, and it turned out to be one of those twisty ties; the cat had attacked a loaf of bread, and must have ate the twisty tie. So he pulled it out of his cat's butt; poop viola.

I don't know what's wrong with your cat, but you never know if that might be the issue mmm
