Again, it is for all of Britain, but she didn't even know there was a different word for it, so how in the world would she have known it. Now if she had asked is there a word in Britain and there were more than one depending on the region, you'd be like "YOU IDIOT, HOW CAN YOU NOT KNOW THAT THERE ARE DIFFERENT WORDS IN REAL ENGLAND AND IT'S LITTLE ***** COLONIES", by just asking about England, which was the only thing she was interested in anyways, she avoided that.
