Do you guys think that if someone has HIV and they have sex with someone, but fail to disclose their HIV status...that the person with HIV should be held legally liable if the other person ends up getting aids?

If someone is 16 yrs. old, but they self identify as someone who is 21, should they be allowed to legally purchase alcohol? Sometimes I ponder things like this.

Idk, probs not. Since then anyone could just rock up and do it. The main good thing about Ladies Drink Free nights is that if you take your ladyfriend there you only have to pay for half the drinks
