Not many people share that opinion though, sadly. People just see the 'British' as exclusively the upper class of the English and don't want to be associated with it, despite those people having no real connection in any cultural sense to anybody but themselves.

If Irish people don't want to be associated with us in any way due to those people then that makes me pretty sad, just goes to show how that upper class really did succeed in dividing us all, and continue to do it to this day.

Anyway I'm going to watch a film now

we're supposed to come up with a big restaurant idea to build a business plan/marketing strategy for my marketing class

and i spent the entire weekend trying to think of something interesting

I had one thing written down in my notebook and all it said was "The netflix of restaurants"

I was like "Does this mean anything to you guys?"

they didnt like my idea 🙁
