True, but even the spectre couldn't hurt him, he had to transform him into..a mouse(I think)

That still counts as a win. Spectre couldn't kill him but could still affect him in other ways which qualified as a win. At least in my books.

I'm not sure. I don't think a knock out is far fetched unless he cannot be knocked out but I don't recall that.

RKT wins but I don't think he has enough power to kill PS.

The Spectre said he couldn't kill him at the time. That didn't stop him from easily transforming him into a mouse though. RK Thor easily defeats him.

Spectre couldn't kill him, never said anything about him not being able to hurt him.

RKT's magic is hardly comparable to Phantom Stranger's.

All he has is Asgard and his Odinforce.

PS is roughly equal to DC's Archangels and Demons.
