Glowing hands is his greatest feat.

I wasn't here. I gave two characters that survived longer so forgive me for not being impressed with the Spectre's owning of the Phantom Stranger as his greatest feat.

Theoretically, PS should be stronger. But unfortunately, he's bound by an anti-deus-ex-machina clause. Simply put, he is strictly forbidden to directly interfere in any kind of conflict. He can give advice, he can help, he can provide insight, but other that? Bubkiss. This actually completely prevents him from accumulating feats. He might have some stuff from earlier in his appearences, but little or nothing at the levels needed to win here.

RKT may not be able to kill him, but because this is a stupid arguement to begin with, and PS is a rediculous character to use in a vs. match, I'm giving it to RKT.
