flash vs silver surfer race
race between flash and silver surfer across the universe.
in this race wally has the ability to fly. but just because wally has the ability to fly doesnt increase his speed. only giving him the ability to fly so the race would match better.
who can reach the other side of the universe 1st ?

I believe he did it when he was trying to catch Supergirl. Both landed on the moon.

I've seen Flash fly in comics or close to it.
He already has that ability. If you take into account how much faster a usual character is by flying than running, and apply it to Wally, his speed will be even more fierce.
Either way Wally wins.

Until some comes with a good reason why Flash would win Surfer wins this.
