It's pretty clear though, in that arc, that Thor was above Odin. He always was meant to surpass him etc.
He wanted a stronger child. That's the reason why, he conceived a child with Gaea, I think.

Odin by feats is shown to be superior to Shazam. By that same logic you cannot say, Odin is above Thor in his Rune King incarnation.
It is true Odin has more feats, as Rune King Thor appeared in only two issues, but he was perceived as superior to Odin, rather clearly and did something Odin could not do.
You could argue that Odin has more feats so hence he is superior but you could also argue that even though Odin has more feats, his son is portrayed as the clear superior.
Meh. Whatever....

True he was getting the advantage in the beginning, but that doesn't mean he is superior to Odin.
Odin has feats, higher than being able to "survive" against a mad Spectre (Who didn't have to many feats either.)

Spectre can never truly be destroyed from what I know, but he was nearly destroyed throughout that arc as he stated in his own words.

In you're opinion, Shazam in the Rock of Eternity is greater than Odin.
He has no feats that I know of, in the Rock of Eternity that supports this.
So like I said.
Rune King Thor > Odin > Shazam (In or out of the Rock of Eternity)
