Yep, Colossus was fighting WWHulk pretty much by himself for almost 3 pages. The duration was long enough for Xavier and Elixir to carry the 400lb Beast from the battlefield to the mansion and have a little chat. The whole time Colossus was bangin with WWHulk.

And this was a Hulk who was one-shotting characters like She-Hulk, Thing, Samson, and Ares.

its funny you posted this and say he "did good" cause i'm not seeing that at all. i see colossus on hulks back. while hulk is engaged in a match of witts with a female. then colossus sucker punchs hulk, then gets his arms bent for doing so... LOL...

hang with the juggernaut? come on, never. at most he "sucker punched" juggernaut of caught him off gaurd. and the time he did knock juggernaut down, the walls fell on colossus and him. to which juggernaut hit him from a laying position and turned out the lights for colossus. this is silly for you to say that he is hanging with hulk or juggernaut.

edit: in fact upon second look the ONLY time you see colossus directly in front of hulk without hulk completely ignoring him is in the shadows. until hulk again focosus on colossus and bends his arms back? other than that colossus is fighting hulk and hulk is fighting everybody else.

This is what I'm seeing too.
Anyone who'd interpret those pages as evidence that Colossus can hang with WWH or Juggernaut is just seeing what they want to see, because actually those scans prove the opposite.

Tell me, what do you think would have happened if Hulk had decided to bend Things arms back?

That's the point people don't seem to realize, if Hulk had decided to do to other heroes what he did to Colossus, they wouldn't have arms anymore.

After surviving HT's nova and Storm's onslaught of lightning Green Scar took everything Ben had dished out and repaid him with a concussion.

Spiky Thing would get obliterated the same way in a fight against fresh Hulk.

During a fight the Hulk's rage amps his strength, durability, HF and stamina. He would be no less fresh in the middle of a fight than when the fight began. Although Spikey Thing would lose to WWH he wouldn't be oliterated the way you say. I reckon Spikey Thing would fare against WWH in similar fashion as classic 85ton Thing did against Savage Hulk. He would put up a fight but in the end be dominated and knocked out.
That being said I reckon Spikey takes Colossus

That being said I reckon Spikey takes Colossus

Wasn't WWH at his max anger...? I mean, his rage increased when Rick was injured, but that was a bit different...

My point is that WWH was at full strength when he clobbered current Thing and, because of his rage enhanced stamina, fully fresh. Spikey Thing is superior to current Thing and would've lasted longer. All the time Colossus was fighting WWH other Xmen were attacking too. As other posters have pointed out, when it went 1 on 1 he got destroyed. I reckon Spikey Thing in the same position would've done a little better.

Given the proper motivation he seemed to be able to become even more eraged.

It looks like Thing is unconscious, and would be dead if Hulk had delivered that last overhand strike. Colossus on the other hand, was still conscious, and ready to fight, even with his arms bent backwards.

That was current Thing NOT Spikey Thing, who is stronger.

SO you honestly think Spiky Thing is stronger than Current Thing, who is bordering on low to mid Class 100? If he traded blows with someone besides Joe Fixit, I would give him more credibility, but now, nah.

And as for the post that said something about Hulk complimenting Thing. That was a weaker version of Hulk than WWH, if WWH complimented him, I would think higher of them, since WWH said Colossus would make a good match for his other incarnations.

And BTW, Colossus would wreck Joe Fixit before the match really got going.

Thing is not exactly fixed though he has gotten stronger and stronger over the years and it seems he even has more strength potential.I think current would probably be comparable.

Mike Tyson could say that Eddie Murphy would be a good match for him- it doesn't make it so. Also, Thing was in Spikey form for a short time. He didn't get the opportunity to fight that many people. The fact that he didn't fight many more bricks than Fixit, while in Spikey form, doesn't make Ben any less powerful.
As for you 1st question-Yes I do think Spikey is more powerful than current Thing.
