Its just a loose statement. Kind of like the statement that the Hulk NEEDED to break Colossus's arms when they were fighting. Does anybody really believe that the Hulk HAD to resort to that? You dont think that WWH could have stood there and basically beat Colossus to death physically?
It boils down to Colossus being less than nothing to him. He just didnt feel like spending the time to beat him any other way. He grabbed him, snapped his arms, and that was it. Colossus was nothing more than a minor annoyance.

She went down in one hit, when he smacked her away with one hit, and she was on the ground, struggling to get up from.

He is already going toe to toe with the Hulk before Emma even engages in the fight, and his obviously taking and trading blows with him as we can see.
The Hulk clearly notices his punches as you're scan posted proves so.
Colossus did significantly better than any other brick barring Juggernaut, Sentry, and Zom Strange. Hell, he took multiple blows from Hulk and didn't even have a scratch, while he one shotted beings like She-Hulk, Ares etc.
He took multiple shots, from Hulk and kept on coming.

I've read it. You ought to read the story where all the hero's fought the champion. A weaker version of the Thing out fought and took more punishment than Colossus in that story. See how it works both ways?
And I don't recall Colossus being kayoed either, the ref stopped the match. As I recall Colossus took a barrage of punches from Champion and refused to fall while Ben spent 2 months in the hospital with a broken jaw.
Oh, and last but not least Colossus even comments on being less experienced than the other heroes.......

I gottcha man and sorry for coming across like that. I was just bringing up an instance where the Thing had a similar feat with Colossus to prove that this isnt as clear cut as some might think.
I'll end my stance with the opinion that it would be a damn good fight. One i'd pay to read. Peace.
