Depends on what would knock her out. She has no vital organs, she is immune to sickness and her regeneration apply to stamina as well.

Anything that can incinerate or simply prevent her from preforming actions. She has peak human durability, so even a sword is adequate. Not to knock her out, but to prevent her from movement or actions. Taking her head would be most efficient, as it will after a short duration render her immobile until post-regeneration.

She's not unstoppable, only unkillable. She has human strength, durability and speed.
being unable to put down. she can't be knocked out at all by anything. Healing factor that can't be over taxed means her healing wil never stall for eve a moment. No organs means telepathy won't work. And being unable to be Ko'd means that except for holding spells and sleep stuff. She won't be reall harmed by it.
u say she has godlike healing and regen. So even if they burned her up or took the head off it will come back soon. The reasons heads and stuff take so long to heal is becuse there body trys to shut itself down. And if you have human durability it's impossible to not be put down by force.

awww man, 😕 why not just make your character knock out able or something. Sounds like that's all jalek wants.
from what i read in your character description, it seems immortality and regeneration like deadpool is what your revolving your character on. But it doesn't seem to apply uber fast generation the speed of sound.
