Biography: Noika is a teenager who early on discovered her ability to shift shape. For years, she frequently used shapeshifting to get away from duties and take things cool. She skipped school, disobeyed her parents and lived what she considered life. Her escapades were soon enough discovered and her family killed, siblings as well as parents. Knowing Nokia brought this to them, she ran away and attempted to grow up, but after so much skipping school, she was not educated enough to manage in the world without stealing or tricking people.
After years of theft and manipulation, Nokia snapped. Consumed by anguish and the nightmares of her parents and siblings, Nokia blew a fuse and became a childish, manipulative crime fighter. She would mess with criminals and joke around while at the same time defeating them, being completely careless for her own well-being.
Forcing herself into fake maturity, she became a joyful, flirting girl who suppressed her dark past and had fun even in the greatest of dangers. Unable to take things seriously, Nokia would view the entire world as a joke and criminals as the biggest joke of all.
Nokia is in truth not a stupid girl, but rather very intelligent. She lack proper education due to a lot of skipping school, but she's a fast learner and highly intelligent, if she should ever care much enough about a situation to actually sit down and think about it.
She's highly impulsive, she's bad at following plans and she what few times she had superiors has proven to have authority issues.
Appearance: When Nokia snapped, she made both her hair and her eyes multicolored, and in her eyes as well as hair you can find all the colors of the rainbow and more, simply to show the world how big a joke she finds everything.
She named herself Microsoft because she consider herself small and cuddly.

His speed and agility are improved when he transforms, allowing him to show impressive agility for someone of his size and weight.
