Telepathy: As an adept Telepath, Miria is not only able to project messages mentally, but has several other talents as well. By taking in phonemic pulses and syntactic contours, Miria can read and sense the thoughts of others. Alongside this talent is another embedded, an ability she would like to call the analytic process of monosyllabic thoughts. By mastering this in combat, Miria is unlikely to be outwitted during immediate close-quarter-combat.
Phasewalking: A power that by itself is not highly prominent, but in combination with Miria's monosyllabic senses and Kinetic convertion makes her a highly potent weapon in any battle, regardless of the power level of her opponent. With this power, Miria phase through solid objects and living beings, as well as numerous types of projectiles that can not be defined directly as physical. Her greatest weakness however, is elemental and magical attacks that does not directly target her or impact her without her having the time to react. Ballistic attacks are far from as effective.
Kinetic convertion: Through absorption of the surrounding Kinetic energies and Kinetic energies applied to her and others through her, Miria's physical strength, speed and durability knows no true bounds. This of course is a straining process and while the more Kinetic energy she gather the stronger she becomes, the longer she hold this energy, the more strain her mind take. Worst case scenario, it backfire on her.

I'm going to not approve that character. It's overall power-set is a very over powered one. Even the weaknesses that you placed are negated by the other powers she has. Physical attacks and physical energy attacks just make her more powerful, you can say she has to empty it or face pain and overloading her mind. But she can just phase through the other attacks to keep it from happening. If an attack comes to fast her absorption handles it. You can't outfight her because she has the type of telepathy that Mr. X uses to be untouchable in fights.(if i'm understanding the second part correctly) As a telepath she already can attack the mind and has high defense against other mental attacks. Like even says in her bio the fact that these powers are together makes her very powerful and in my opinion makes her too powerful for the team of this rp.
Now you can speak to me about how it can work if you wish, but don't expect me to get into a lengthy debate about how I'm wrong on judging the power. Or what so and so character can do; because I'm really not about to go back and forth on the subject for the next hour.
But if you or anyone else has a serious problem with my decision I prefer you PM me about it over doing it in here.

1] Overall overpowered? She is strictly melee. How can she be overpowered when anyone with the ability to fly or climb unnatural paths can stick their tongue out to her and she is powerless?
2] Her weaknesses are not negated. She is highly vulnerable to magical and elemental attacks. She can phase through the impact, but she will still sense the heat and the cold, the intensity of magical energies or the effect of a sickness
3] Physical attacks and energy attacks empower her but also damage her, should they hit. She does not convert every pinch of damage thrown at her
4] I can and I am saying that keeping it bottled up will fry her mind, which result in a mild case of DEATH
5] She is not a battery. She does not stock up on energy and then stop when she is full. When she has bottled up with Kinetic energy, she over time take strain from it. She can not casually walk around as if it has no effect on her. It constantly strain her and the more she has, the more the strain. It is not some mere headache or cut on the arm. It is mentally killing her, should she not release it. Even when she release it, she is still worn from the effect
6] If an attack comes too fast, she gets hit by the attack. She is a Kinetic converter, not plainly Kinetic absorber. She need to be conscious about the attack in order to shield herself from it and even should she apply Kinetic convertion, she still take strain from the damage
7] If you can not outfight her, then find another way to beat her. I am pretty certain that punches and kicks is not the only way to stop someone. She has weaknesses, like anyone else. In fact, she has more significant weaknesses than most characters in this roleplay. Even her own power is dangerous for her
8] She does not have the power to telepathicly harm someone else. She can not project mind blasts or anything of the sort. She is strictly a communicator and sensor
9] I am not expecting a lengthy debate on her powers, but you are wrong about her powers. That is a fact. May I suggest you next time ask about powers before you jump to ridiculous conclusions on how they are too powerful.

Ridiculous conclusions based on logic, and saying and implying negative things about me doesn't really help your case. As indicated by the "o I wonder why that would be" I stated if anyone has problems because people sometimes do when things involve their friends.
Phasing through the impact will avoid most magic attacks unless they are supposed to be extended in effect. and Magical attacks can be anything if it's physical it would still be. You misunderstand the thing about not being able to outfight, its that in combination with other things that is a problem. And most types of energy do physical damage to the person, the talk about their speed isn't as important when she uses her telepathy in combat so that she can't be outdone, works the same for all types of attacks. So of course she could think about it making her body convert it unless she doesn't think very fast, or her mind doesn't naturally make her body do things. And yea as a phaser she can absorb impact and phase though, pretty much makes it so she doesn't have to be exposed to overloading. And if it really boosts her attributes to unknown limits shouldn't take long to to put the other person down or escape and suffer later; actually with the it boosting her speed and durability she shouldnt have to even absorb the other ones.. And you mean other then strikes, energy blasts, and mental attacks. Then yes that leaves certain types of magic, but it all depends on the nature of the magic and the extent of the effect.
And yes a person can be over powered and Melee based, it does happen. Maybe you disagree but I think so which obviously has an effect on my rulings.

I dont see anything negative things about her post in making her powers more clearer
