No to someone that can time travel, has telekinesis and energy manipulation. There would be no problem or challenge. You could just Za Warudo and own everything.

50 copies. The Time Travel is limited though. He can only use it four times. And it can only send him to the future or further into the past, but he can't alter the time stream with it meaning he can't use it in battle. I gave him energy manipulation merely for the fact that the armor he wears lacks Repulsors.

50 copies? Are they all equally powerful? I don't see how he can't use his time powers offensively. Say we were fighting Magneto and he was raping us. Your guy goes into the past and kill him as a child.
To get this straight, then ...
1. Alexander is Ironman only with a better armor, plus he has telekinesis and energy manipulation? All three individually being potent enough powers to be in league with various heroes of this team. And you do know that the Ironman suit endured a nuclear blast at ground zero, right?
2. Jeffrey also has an Ironman suit empowered, as well as the ability to duplicate himself to the point where he is 50 Ironmen?

1. The Armor he wears lacks the Repulsors (He didn't know how to make those)
2. The Time Travel ability he has is limited so he can't use it offensively merely for trips to the future and back to his father's time so he can save his father's life.
3. Alexander would never use his time powers to kill someone although if someone is in danger, he would go back 10 minutes or so, stop the danger and come back to the present time.
4. The Reason I gave them the armor was because I plan for them to work as a team and fight Norman who wears a suit of the Iron Man Armor except also upgraded.

So you gave him time powers that he won't be using at all?
What type of energy can he manipulate?
Jeffrey seems like he beat the hell out of Thor and Odin, exactly how much is 1/10th of his power? Who's the strongest Marvel character you see Jeffrey beating?
Norman's armor is fail and Iris would beat his ass easily. Even Etna could and she's a flat chested clown.
The Reason I gave Alexander the time powers is because in a tough fight, knowing your opponet's moves could make all of the difference.
The Toughest Opponet I see Jeffrey defeating is a combination of Wolverine and the Silver Surfer both. Anyone stronger than that, he couldn't defeat.
As for the Energy Manipulation what he does is draw the static electricity in the air, and form it into something similar to a repulsor blast or maybe a construct weapon he can use. That way people think he has the 'repulsors' and some additional weapons while in the armor.
