I should've clarified. By not move, I mean completely free as in walk around and stuff like that. Of course they'll be floating around and able to move around but they'll be suspended in the air. You can move, just not move like you would where there is gravity no friction. In this case you can't really go anywhere because you're in a shield. If you're floating in the air because of said gravity then you can't use your strength to do anything. If they have the strength to break the bubble then the manipulated gravity is gone and any strength or speed you may have gained.
