...You do realize Godzilla lives in the ocean, yes? The only reason he comes out is to occasionally wreak havoc on cities. Godzilla will wtfshitstomp the Kraken harder than Lord Beckett ever could. 😛

Size has never been an issue for Godzilla, but for the sake of argument, I would say its tentacls, which is mainly what it would be using, could probably reach from G's head to his waist, maybe. The only thing I know for certain is that Godzilla towers over skyscrapers, so he's pretty massive.

U didn't specify whether this is PWNAGE radiation spewing japanese godzilla who would stomp the kraken. Or the shitty mutated Matt broderick Godzilla that would get owned.

Good point. If this is G.I.N.O. we're talking about, then Kraken actually has a good chance of winning.

300 feet tall
probably 700 feet long
has firebreathing abilities
defeated multiple monsters
wiped out entire cities off the face of the Earth
Is the Toho industry's greatest monster IMO
can swim
is just an irradiated and mutated dinosaur that can crash the Empire State Building with one blow
