Been looking for this for a bit now. Maybe you can help me out. Also, how many punches can both Adam and Superman throw in a second and can you provide scans of these showings as well. We had a thread about this a while back and your evidence will help this thread.

Well Adam showed the best he could do when he was trying to keep up with flash. He topped out under light speed.
Superman has feats of having entire conversations while casually walking around BETWEEN a fraction of a nanosecond. Just trade all the talk and walking around and undoing his tie for 10 punches. So 10 pinches in a half of nanosecond. That's 2 x 10^10 punches in a second (20 billion).
But speed isn't the big issue here. Even if they were exactly the same speed then Superman would have the perception advantage. Imagine fighting a master MMA champion while you are perceiving him to move at a snails pace.You would easily win, even if he is a little faster than you.

Are you talking about the showing where Adam was running alongside a Flash that was stealing his speed?
Do you have the scan of talking within nanoseconds? Also, I thought waverider was there during this instance if we are talking about the same scene.
