No he has a orbital range of 400k lightyears however this was a fairly vague quote from an apprently official book because Pyron travels a lot ,if his orbital range was that range he would be smashing through Galaxies and have lightyears of planets flying after him when he landed on Earth, I think this quote is either misintepreted or something earlier or later in said book may outline the real meaning. The only way this could work with any reality behind it would be if the oribtal range was that long, but extremely small, the planetary bodies that make up the lightyears of range being made like dots and lines upon the bottom of a silicon disc.

Proof?
Ofcourse it is, everything makes sense in the fiction itself, having 400k lightyears would only work if the range itself was made up of miniscule orbs much like the ones Pyron made Earth into. Otherwise he would destroy the places he visits with his following mass of lightyears of planets/planetoids at the same time as destroying his orbital ring, i think this quote was misintepreted. Considering we have only seen a tiny scrap from the book theres no knowing.
