You honestly want to tell me that Rulk is going to manipulate Surfer's own Power Cosmic more effectively than Surfer can manipulate it? Even though that's basically his main powerset??
You saw the fight, I'm assuming. Did you see an Anti-Force blast? Did you see a Godblast? Did you see a dimensional rift? Did you see Mjolnir absorbing Rulk's radiation out of his body? Did you see any exotic attacks at all which Thor is capable of?

Good post but I still dont agree with surfer beating rulk, no matter WHICH surfer it was. Again, he's a battery for rulk, any attempts would feed him.
