Iceman is the stealth player here. He is the only one that does not need a true physical body. He is also the only one that can "infect" people with his water consciousness, and not be noticed, considering it is solely water. I can control the water in people's systems. Think about how many super people drink water, or have water/liquids inside of them. If Iceman disperses himself through a water system, or even just just moisture inversions himself directly into all the super heroes bodies, he'd be hiding in plain site. I could get tons of information this way, and once I get the signal you have hundreds of dead super heroes bursting from the inside out, or drying out into nothing but dirt, or literally freezing because I stopped the chemical heat reactions in a person, or I froze their brain to mush, or stop their molecules to absolute zero. Too easy really.Besides spreading himself in that way, Iceman controls the water. Think about how much water there is all over the planet. I want to start a war? I create a famine by holding water from people (without anyone knowing I was involved). This in fact could be one of the most successful plans as we could control where water does and does not go to, creating tensions between superpowers (nations, not people), but in turn that creates tensions between super people. It goes along with Darths wanting to create tension, and spread resources thin along the world.
I could also coalesce enough water moisture to create a "Day After Tomorrow" type scenario, but if we want the world as is and taking it over in good shape, I doubt we need that.
Iceman has other uses, and this is but a sample, but I thought I might as well let other people know why he is useful
