"LuLu" - Lou Reed and Metallica

Those copies... wipe them out, all of them.

You just listed the singularly most heartfelt hope of an entire world.

Can't believe they released it.

My dislike is not because it was experimental, but cause the experiment failed so hard and it sounds so bad.

The vocals were not abstract or interesting and, they clashed horribly with the music itself.
Pretentious toss at it's worse.

Not sure why Lulu is being discuss in this thread, but I agree.. it's garbage. I appreciate that they were trying to do something a little different, but it is horrible. I agree, the vocals clash... just way out of place. Major fail.

But anyway...

Welcome to the Indy section, man.
Your taste in music remains sound.

We do lots of topics here...many of them as unrelated to Indiana Jones as Indy IV was.... 😛

Cheers for the link.

😆 Nice.

We are an underground forum by ourselves.

As many a priest has said over time: "Its a secret. Don't tell anyone."

I'm glad to see some people here have a sense of humor. Your secret is safe with me.. matter of fact, I might join in. 😏

Yes! Join us! Ittttt issssss theeee onnnnlllllllyyyy wayyyyyyy..!

Humor? Us? Well, I have some. Sadako on the other hand... 😉

Hehehe

We need the laughter.

It helps us cope with the pain.

The pain over what we saw that night....

It helps more as a distraction to be frank...

Levity in the face of horror. 😛

Exactly...

That Lou Reed/Metallica album for example.

We HAD to laugh.

For our own sakes.

But the smiles were closer to grimaces?

When I listened to it, my enthusiasm quickly turned to disgust.
