How about this, since they start on opposite sides of the football field, Iron Man targets Dumbledore at the start of the match, then hits him with the shoulder darts, Dumbledore wouldn't even know that Iron Man had killed him.

Actually yes. And i think its funny how you make one argument then back down from it and make a separate argument. At first it can't immobilize him but now that iv'e poked a whole in that, you retreat to its not instantly. It showed time as being frozen because he used legillimency so fast you couldn't see it in real time.

That wasn't ligilimency, that was Voldemort possessing Harry, something Dumbles has never done.

Ligilimency requires a spell, Voldemort did no spell.
