Frank can take a lot more, his damage soak is legendary. Mind-controlled bloodlusted Spidey didn't knock him out either...

Punisher has demi god level damage soak. He makes Batman look like a package of old soup crackers.

He can, just not as easily as you think. Castle is a beast and has rejuvenated body now.

Spidey can kill Punisher with one hit if it were in his character. You can't tell me Castle can take 20-50 ton punches to the face without it splattering.

Also Spidey has prep here as well. He is smart himself and can have shields, special webbing, etc. Plus Spidey will see Castle as a statue for the most part.

Frank's damage soak is phucking ridiculous. And it always has been.

Acid, multiple gun shots, stab wounds, explosions, punches from Captain America (who was trying to put him down), Daredevil (likewise trying to do the same), pretty sure he was set on fire once, blows from Spider-Man, etc.

For a "peak street level human", Frank's damage soak may as well be superhuman.

Spidey is many times stronger than the two combatants you named.
