I'd lay easy on the attitude if I were you. It will be less embarrassing when Smurph brings the inevitable curbstomp.

The reason why the Flashes are being considered for banning is because they are ridiculously overpowered. There's no reason why we're not allowed to use duplication, but overly broken techniques like speed stealing and the like are allowed

Hmm, yeah, agreed. It's pretty much the same as the time freeze which I already removed, so it's just a logical extension of the rule.

Speed stealing is officially banned.

There's no speed cap, though.

I figured someone would claim Surfer or one of the cosmics would have a defense, but what the hell. srug I'll co-sign it.

There was a good defense presented by...someone, I think Naija, maybe PG, as to why speed steal wouldn't work on Surfer. Had to do with Surfer getting all of his abilities from the Power Cosmic, thus in order to take away his speed, Flash would need to drain off his PC. And Quasar did that, to the tune of an entire star's worth of energy, and Surfer didn't even notice it.

I think it was Juntai who made a compelling argument for it not needing to work like that. Meh.

What is the ruling on technopathy?

And if you want to allow speed steal, I'm all ears. 😄
