surfer wins this pretty easly just wanted to say that before i dispelled this myth. Surfer said that's what he was doing to cable however, cable did a ton of stuff just right after that including havine DP lobtmize him which really took away his power for a while. The writters either messed up or they don't understand that if surfer disabled cables x-Gene then he should be able to lower providence or unite the minds of everyone on earth with his TK and TP
