You guys don't read enough comics. Batman and Daredevil have teamed up twice already in two crossovers produced in the 1990's, In the first one "Devil's Advocate" Batman and DD were pretty evenly matched. DD was so skilled he was even able to catch two of Batman's batarangs. Batman was able to score first blood on DD when punched him with the force of an industrial hammer. But for all that force it didn't even phase Daredevil.

Starting from a distance, Batman should be able to take him out before they ever go into hand-to-hand using stuff in his utility belt. If it was pure hand-to-hand, I'd say Daredevil as I think he's shown himself faster by way of dodging bullets already in flight before he was even aware of them and swatting bullets aside with his club. That's beyond even Batman's bullet avoiding feats.

Batman would win. Eventually after a few bruises and traded blows, Batman would realize that Daredevil has enhanced senses. After a bout of hand to hand combat and dazzling acrobatic maneuvers, Batman would unload his utility belt. Canisters of tear gas, 1000 decibel sonic weapons producing of earsplitting barrage, and a few vomit-inducing gas pellets and Daredevil goes down. With this massive assault on his senses, Batman would get the opportunity he needs to K.O. Daredevil. Case closed

In the movie Daredevil managed to beat Kingpin in hand to hand combat and Kingpin is strong. In Spider-Man: The Animated Series, Kingpin even managed to break a glass with his hand without getting hurt. Kingpin could even smite Spiderman by grabbing him tight.
So my money is on Daredevil. If he could beat Kingpin so easily like he did in the movie, he could also do it to Batman.

This fight has so many variables it hard to really accurately chooses a winner. It depends if Batman can figure out that DD is in fact blind, if he uncovered such a fact it could very easily give him the win due to sonic like attacks. However that another variable is what in fact is Batman equipped with at the time. Now lets assume Batman is unable to identify that DD is in fact blind how well does Batman due against an opponent that can senses were he is going to attack as well as able to see within 300 degree's which would seem like nothing, but in a fight it can be quite an advantage always able to see your opponent no matter how your facing. That is another variable to be taken into account. Another variable to be taken into account is DD ability to dodge projectiles which may startle Batman and DD may even be able to uses Batman own range attacks against him which can also account for another variable in the out come of the fight.
With all this said it makes it almost impossible to discern who would win, given there are to many scenarios that could manifest it self. That is just my thoughts on the fight either you can agree with or disagree with my conclusions, but I hope I was able to at least bring to light some possible problems on both side which some may not have thought of.
Straight h2h fight in a city environment would be neutral like setting for the two, both are uses to that kind of fighting normally however I think DD would be at an advantage. His superior acrobatic would be extremely effective in such a setting as would his radar. He could apply both to there fullest allowing him to uses the land scape to attack at every angle, with out being hinder by only being able to see with his eye. Batman has great training which allows him to do much of the same, but it can never be to the same accuracy of an individual who can literally see the world at 300 degree angle. This advantage I believe combind with his his acrobatics would assure him the majority 7-8/10 after a long hard fought matches. Batman strength advantage and pure durability would make the matches tough, but in the end DD advantages in such settings would be enough to give him a solid majority in my opinion.
