Looks like we could have another Reagan in the making.
Rasmussen daily Presidential Tracking Poll records lowest level yet for Obama
By the end of his 8th year, everybody will hate him. It's nothing personal. It's just how we Americans think. However, within a year or two after Obama is out of office, everyone will love him again.
With the exception of partisans who will love him or hate him depending on their party affiliation.

You're very confident he'll get a 2nd term then?
I can't help but wonder how McCain and the Republicans would try and solve the economic crisis, Reagan style-
Getting rid of most social programs, cutting corporate, upper bracket, and capital gains taxes to 1%. Taxing welfare, unemployment, social security benefits, schip, and stafford loans at 90%, offering anyone with a net worth of $20 million or more free visas, plane tickets, and properties in the United Arab Emerites, making a whole lot of temporary jobs for building high walls and gun towers around major financial districts and gated communities, privatizing every government service, including defense. Beautiful.

Yeah,
Reagan didn't help the economy at all back in the '80's. It was all Tip Oneil fighting against funding the Contras and making sure Ollie North had his day in court. The taxes on the upper 1% were higher under Reagan then they are now. The rest you need to specify and show some proof of. It's pretty vague and I don't remember it.
