I'd decided to step back from actively debating a while back because I came to the realization it was futile (around the time you, I, GS, and demi started having those roundtable discussions about concepts in comics a few years back, if you remember brotha).

Now I just chime in here and there when something is either blatantly ridiculous, do my 'subtle parallel' threads, or when I'm curious on how others view a certain match up. I don't drop the verbose essays I once did though. I only put in the effort where I find it's necessary.

I think he was in the U.K. at one point. I think I remember him telling me he was in the music business (technician or something like that, not a performer.). I believe he was from the States though.

The man genuinely proposed that Storm would beat Dr. Doom by dodging everything he did and then making a whirlwind in his left ventricle.

Somehow people here still connected his long posts to him actually being a good debater, and still do.
