Doubtful as I can't see lunatic absorbing and adapting to guardian energy directly, taking any kind of OE style attack and then easily beating the hell out of DS, or reversing an attack on his nervous system by manipulating energy.

And Lunatik adapted to Surfers attack anyway..he got off the planet not long after that if I remember correctly...
