Qui Gon and Vader were both exhausted as they were beaten/killed. They had little if anything left. Luke and Maul, both younger and possessing more stamina, used this to their advantage, knowingly or unknowingly.

Vader didnt let Luke win, what are you talking about? Vader pissed Luke off, Luke turned to the dark side, Luke overwhelmed him, simple as that. By the time Luke snapped out of it, Vader was on his knees with his hand cut off.

Luke didn't win via vader being tired...he beat vader how you just said, Luke also had youth in ESB but he still got beat due to experience, Luke had more experience in ROTJ

Movie Vader isn't slow, he simply isn't agile.

that is true. in actually when the jedi fight in the OT they dont even move their hands that much slower then in the PT. the jedi in the pt are just more elegant and graceful.

Well what I meant is Vader can move his saber as fast as PT Jedi. He just doesn't jump around like Maul or Yoda. Not that he can't, he personally won't do it because of what happend to him on Mustufar.
