No they aren't.Elektra is one of the best martial artists in either the DC or Marvel Universe. By most accounts, Black Panther is a tier below that.
The KMC MA tiers agree with me. 😛

😬 I've got the last two volumes of BP (not counting the latest reboot of the series a few months ago). I've also got a lot of Elektra. She goes against consistently superior H2H opponents like other ninjas, assassins, mercenaries, SHIELD agents, and other MA masters. And usually owns them. And always displays her speed. Black Panther has beaten many of marvel's finest martial artists, on top of that His vibranium suit has helped him survive hits from the likes of ironman (jetting right into him) and the hulk.
IF elektra is the better martial artist, it is by no significant margin that allows her to overcome BP's durability and equipment advantage.

I've no idea who wins but the BP examples are not as good as Elektra's. Two shotting a fully fit and able Taskmaster is what I would call better.If I'm not mistaken Iron Fist was no way near his usual self and Cap was injured?
