Despite the fact, over all I give Hal the majority.
incorrect: GLs tp-shields grant immunity, as theyve *never* been beaten b4 once activated. even Fernus never actually got thru.
now, granted they arent always activated......... 😉

Assuming that Hal does know Nate possesses mystical/magical prowess and TP powers, he should enable the psi-blocks, rendering TP virtually useless, especially to a GL of Hal's caliber.

Incorrect they grant resistance not immunity. I remember Guy and co struggling with them on.
My Mind….? He spoke through telepathically for just a moment….despite the lab’s still active psi disruptors. - AoA Sinister.
Don’t get me wrong, your telepathic blocks are excellent. But you’ve never met anyone like me before. - Nate Grey
By the time, Onslaught acquired Franklin R. He applied a massive disruption across the astral plane, inhibiting telepaths to apply their TP. X-Man was one of the few to apply his apply telepathy. (Ucny X-Men #335)
Nate Grey. - Lord Yaru
You know who I am? - Nate
I’ve heard of you. I study mutants, you’re a telepath. My estate is laced with psinoic inhibitors. I’ve switched them on. Your powers no longer function. I look forward to studying you. - Lord Yaru
Your information’s inaccurate. I’m something more then a telepath. And I dismantled your inhibitors on the way in. - Nate Grey
