The Marvel character Puma is skiled in martial arts and on the same level as Spiderman stats wise-and Spiderman has proven equal to him.

batman punches on this level...SM punched above this level as an amateur
the guy punching at nearly 1000 lbs can't press lift this amount but maybe a quater or so , quality training = 4x press lift strength punch
imagine SM learnt to box... 40 ton punch
now this isn't accuarte , but SM would be able to punch harder than 10 tons

Even if spiderman has crappy fighting technique he punches a lot harder than real life top level fighters and Batman. I reasoned that the feats of real life fighters have no bearing on Batman vs Spiderman, because spiderman is superhumanly strong, and a half strength punch from him would be far harder than they could hit.
The fact of the matter, is that Spiderman is highly experienced at fighting and isn't as useless skill wise as many on here claim him to be. If Pete was temporarily stripped of his powers and fought an alternate version of himself who had no powers and no fighting experience, but some martial arts training, canon 616 Parker would win.
