He was a wrestler. It's not that hard to throw a good hit, especially when your body is perfect on a superhuman level. It negates a lot of the things we require. Not only has he got the strength and density, but his body is super-humanly limber, which is impossible for normal human. Gives him the control and leverage in making those hits. There are far more components to technique in a hit.

He wasnt a wrestler for that long, sure it counts as exprience but you sure you're not blowing things out of proportion?
Batman isnt a normal human anyway.

The fact of the matter, is that Spiderman is highly experienced at fighting and isn't as useless skill wise as many on here claim him to be. If Pete was temporarily stripped of his powers and fought an alternate version of himself who had no powers and no fighting experience, but some martial arts training, canon 616 Parker would win.
I know SM has some exp, but proportionally for a guy of his strength he doesn't hot as hard as he could ... he most probably hit with less than 10 tons but still several tons which trumps any punch peak human could throw... buts that’s still serious damage as it’s a big force with his fist a small surface area (like bullet) ...he punch straight through human body normal/athlete/peak
I.e. cap can probably hit with several times what he can press... say 4x so 3200lbs punch
Same with Logan etc and bat can probably punch with half a ton
An untrained/unprofessional fighter can hit hard, but not close to what they can press 😬
