Weren't there like 2 Deoxys when Rayquaza got beat? Because I remember Rayquaza beating just one Deoxy at the beginning of the movie. Of course Ray would lose though if it's 2 on 1.
And nope, near the end of the movie a single Deoxys beat Rayquaza and was about to kill him, but then the second Deoxys stopped the first.

As far as looks go, Ho-Oh is modeled after Fenghuang iirc, though that's still the Chinese take on the Phoenix, so BOOYAH!. My only gripes are that the Fenghuang is second to the Dragon in terms of importance, and that the FG represents the Empress and females >___>.
Shadow Lugia's color scheme was also pretty neat.
