Truth be told, i never actually noticed that part of the fight. That is indeed an impressive feat in itself for surfer.

Ok I didn’t want to stray from using Kyle, but how about Guy Gardner repairing a home world in space? Initially he had help from two rookies, but they got up and left. Guy is pissed, and tells them once he is done, he is going to pay them back. So I assume that at the end he got the job done.

If it doesnt answer the challenge, theres other feats that can. I dont have the scans, but Kyle manipulated and used the starheart (high level magic), and created a world around a foe he beat in combat. Also, for the planets feat you could use the heavens ladder one (considering it holds several planets)

Also, Hal controlled (or was it resisted?) Dr. Fates magic or something along those lines?

Ill think of more stuff when I can. I dont have the scans for anything though

Heh, I was kind off holding back from using Planetary Creation, and the Heavens Ladder feat. I guess its up to Naija boy and Ambient to determine if the challenges where met. I will look into Starheart thing.

Impressive yes but not superior to the surfer feat. In that comics the rookies even stated that they had done most of the work. So it cant be attributed to gardener alone. Further it seems it took guy quite a long time repair the remaining damaged parts. Then when u consider that not only did surfer repair the planet Sakaar (way bigger than earth) in a much shorter period (which is the lesser part of the feat) but that he manipulated and sealed away the Old power which is a HUGE energy source ( Imagine how much energy would be needed to satiate galactus for a hundred thousand years) then i think im justified in still maintaining that surfers feat is more impressive.

until around the mid ninties (maybe later), galactus was sated for only an earth month after eating a planet, even with his energy converter (which sacrifices time to make the process more efficient)

a hundred thousand years is a big deal.

Alright, the following meets the challenge and exceeds it. Does the Surfer have anything close this kind of feat?

JLA v3 2000 (Heavans Ladder)
Massive feat re-construction feat.

What you need to understand about the Heavens Latter feat.

A) - Its sheer Size. it’s a massive space ship, that some one took upon itself to collect upward of 130 plus planets. (Yes it took upon myself to count them, it’s a rough estimate with a margin of error since I couldn’t make out a few planets some so I skipped them).

Kyle with Palmers help. Help rebuild Heavens Ladder. You can actually see the green constructs, replacing the destroyed technology holding some planets. Its one thing to rebuild tech…but something of this size, and soooo advance is a vary praise worthy feat.

^Extremely impressive. U definitely met and exceeded the challenge (The reconstructive part of the feat). I doubt surfer has anything approaching that in terms of reconstruction.

However since the feat was a two part feat(it should be taken as two feats, reconstruction and then energy manipulation) do u have anything for kyle which is straight up energy manip that superior to it? Because the Heavens ladder feat while ultra uber is mainly a reconstructive feat (1st feat) and doesnt deal with energy manip (2nd feat)

A strait up energy manipulating feat?

The Blind is a weaponized entropic energy. It targets the sun core, in order to prematurely cause it to go supernova, by creating a black hole. Kyle goes into the heart of the sun, and absorbs the Black Hole/Blind.

Hmm good feat which brings about a difficult comparison. Which is a greater energy manipulation feat absorbing the energy of a blackhole or stripping and sealing away and energy source as cast as the oldpower? While both are energy manipulation, they deal with two different aspects of it(apples and oranges). If we take the aspects that make each of these feats impressive, id say they are within the same range. An indepth debate regarding the two would be pretty subjective since we arent comparing two feats that are neccessariily in the same vein. Still, if u want to get into that go ahead...........

Nah keep the challenge open, I am sure I can come across a similar feat, if not me someone else.

How about, we reformat the challenge and move it the battle zone. We will keep in tact what we have accomplished so far.
