You misread my quote as stated again below I was referring to MM with his intangibility and speed.
No hypnosis for SS. MM still has all of the powers of the F4 anyway plus more. Strength greater than Thing, turn invisible like Sue, stretchy like Reed, Fly & project heat -Torch. Plus with his intangibility and speed he definitely could win.

That wasn't actually a test strength, it was another test of Hulk's strength Versus Juggernaut's mystical momentum. That's why Hulk could side-step Juggernaut for BFR. Wouldn't have worked if they were both stationary and just grappling as normal.

superskrulls durability is not remotely enough to protect him from MM,
J'onn is much faster ,exceeding escape velocities
he help WW & superman help move earth , he's repeatedly stated as SM's peer (although never written on that level)
