Raven is the Teen Titan's versatile heavy hitter. First you take away her most powerful attribute, BFR. Then you take away her ability to affect Hulk at all by making him mindless.

i don't care either way, because i'm a titans fan myself, but i notice (not you) that a lot of people think hulk can be taken down by silly means, but he does have a long history.
i don't care for BFR, because it's not taking him down in the physical sense. it's just removing the problem and placing him someplace else. which is cheap.
and like i said, the meaner/angrier he gets the harder it is to use empath or psychic powers. Comet Man who can control emotions failed to put hulk down and I believe this was savage hulk. so it has failed in the past.

Is Supergirl still a Titan?
That team can do it. They posses enough versatility, power and options. At the very least they can win through battle field removal.

i say hulk wins. but it'll be a hard fight.
Your opening post said Titans.
I would say he loses.
Kid Flash alone would give him hell and the best the Hulk could hope for is a stalemate against him really based on his power set. A pissed of Blue Beetle whose grown a pair of balls is a herald level threat at least. Dude can apparently evolve to counter act Specter etc. if I recall correctly. He should be capable of taking on the Hulk on his own. His really underrated. Miss Martian could beat the Hulk under the right circumstances.
Throw in all the other team mates who are decently powerful in their own right more or less and at the very least they win through battle field removal. Especially with a magician like Traci on their team. Personally I can see them putting him down eventually but with heavy causalities. If you take away their more versatile team mates like Kid Flash, and they engage him in direct physical combat they get stomped.
