Prior to the slam, she looked frail and wasn't exactly agile.

You can cover yourself with something maybe even stuff they use to train police dogs and subdue her gradually.

Options are there. If a woman attacks me, I don't have to beat her ass LOL. Or I could just say, "What else was I supposed to do?"

the cop had no way of knowing she wasn't just faking it, waiting for the moment to strike
