Funny. However, whilst I do not think it should be compulsory to tip I think tipping these people is good etiquette and helps these people live better in their shit jobs.

I feel that if you can't afford the meal plus a tip then you shouldn't go out. I work with middle-aged women, yes I think they could get better jobs but sometimes it's easier said than done, who waitress and they get paid $3.50 per hour. They need the tips.
