Theyve been destroyed in several threads so far, I would say they have weaknesses, e.g. slow spellcasting, poor durability, lack of intellect etc

Oh I dunno if hes nothing, sounds like a random and baseless statement, maybe even a statemetn from himself, not a fact from the developers. For example how could they fight him, or even know of him if he is inded nothing? if hes nothing how could he speak to enttiies or hear what they say to him?
He must have some concious as well, so he has at least soul/conciousness.
Besides i could have sworn he was a big evil tree.....
