Every manufacturer has been sued for false advertising, the inventor of enzyte is in prison along with his mother for multiple counts of fraud, and every penis enlargement pill (aside from containing rat poop) as high amounts of a bark extract called Yohimbine which can help with ED, but is heavily regulated everywhere except the United States because in moderate doses, it tends to make people sick and kill them. The FDA doesn't really regulate a lot of natural supplements and products so you have to be really careful about ODing on vitamins and minerals or ingesting stuff like St. John's Wort and Bitter Orange which are trade names for plants that have been banned in many countries because they turn certain human organs into jelly.
