How do you have your steak?

I don't understand how people can like eating steak at all. Blech.

On the rare occasions I eat it, medium-well or well done. Food should not still bleed, that is uncooked as far as I'm concerned.

Same. Filet mignon is an exception though.

Steak is awesome. I like my meat medium.
