No, I'm saying Elena did better than Damon.

She held him there long enough for Jeremy to free himself and spray him with vervain water.

True. And dumb.

There were a few retarded instances in that scene:

1. Elena successfully blocked the door against Kol for 8 seconds. It's funny when Kol kicked in the doors it looked like he needed to put in effort given what we've seen Elijah has done with a casual pebble/coin toss (never mind the physics).

2. When Elena speeds in to save Jeremy, she actually overpowers Kol, and continues to press his arm against his body. Sure he had a cleaver in his shoulder, that shouldn't have stopped him from bitchslapping her across the kitchen. This went on for 10 seconds.

Kol pretty much got beaten by two noobs. The "trap" isn't really an excuse because there was no freaking trap, it was just invite him in and try to kill him.

Kol did make a stupid mistake though, he kept the white oak stake on his person. He should've kept it hidden somewhere safe since he didn't really need to use it, and given how easily even Originals can be blitzed, it ends up being a risk against himself.

It's like Elijah is the only original who knows how to use his powers.

Now you've jinxed him.

I'm hoping they get the smack down from Klaus or Elijah.

Kol's problem was that he constantly underestimated Damon, which is why Damon was able to get the drop on him multiple times, but then usually beaten senseless moments later...but Kol dying like he did was just horrible.

They could have at least given Jeremy a big push in power, ala Alaric for it to make sense for them to be able to kill him, but oh well. Story supercedes logic. Klaus and Elijah are pretty much the only ones to actually display their power as originals.

Who else thinks Silas is going to be poorly executed?

What is this show isn't?

One thing i didn't get was why did Jeremy seem weak as a hunter than that guy did? he seemed just as strong as Damon when they fought. It was a little confusing but overall great episode. Can't wait to see Silas.

I saw it as a difference in skill. The other hunter had far more experience.

So is Jeremy dead, or is he still wearing the Gilbert ring?

He was still wearing the ring, people think it won't work because he's a hunter...then wtf did he have the ring for, give it to Matt...

Yea, that's actually a good idea, Matt can be a perpetual blood bag.

Have finally caught back up.

Jeremy went down like a *****. Klaus is a G.

Killing Kol was lame, so was killing Jeremy, hopefully he isn't dead.

It was a tad ghey how they actually started making Kol interesting and rounded as a person...then killed his ass.

Don't give a **** about Jeremy though. He was always a bit of a *****.

Still reeling from the loss of Alaric though. *Sheds tear.

At least Jeremy died with his shirt on.

lol

TVD is weakening, rapidly.

Yes, that was piss weak episode. Absolutely nothing happened.
